Groupe Bon Marché — Paris: CRM & Promotions Intern to support CRM campaigns, customer communications and in‑store signage.

Overview

Groupe Bon Marché is a flagship Parisian department store group renowned for curated luxury merchandising and high-touch customer service. Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the CRM & Promotion Manager and team in the end‑to‑end execution of client communications and promotional activities.
  • Create and assemble email campaigns: concepting, template creation, campaign scheduling, briefing art direction and external agencies, building final newsletters in the campaign tool, and coordinating deliverability and routing.
  • Coordinate client SMS campaigns and ensure alignment with overall CRM planning.
  • Monitor CRM performance and consolidate post‑campaign KPIs and reporting.
  • Maintain and update existing communication assets: creative optimization, copy updates, translations and legal conditions.
  • Support the operational implementation of print and digital in‑store communication materials and signage linked to promotions and retail activations.
  • Follow up in store to ensure correct installation of POS materials (PLV) and program in‑store screens.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring to inform CRM and in‑store communication tactics.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s level programme (Bac+4/5) in business school or university with a specialisation in Communication or Marketing.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • First relevant internship or similar experience preferred, ideally in CRM, customer communications or retail marketing; knowledge of department stores and the luxury sector is an advantage.
  • Autonomous, creative and proactive with strong organisational rigour and attention to detail.
  • Client‑ and results‑oriented with good numerical literacy and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Experience

Beginner level; one prior internship or similar exposure to CRM, client communications or retail marketing is desirable. Experience within department stores or luxury retail is a plus.

Currently pursuing a Master’s (Bac+4/5) in Business, Communications or Marketing.
