Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis by product category, clientele, and key performance indicators for management.
  • Perform supplementary analyses on brand productivity and the performance of ephemeral events.
  • Participate in monthly financial closing, including sales reconciliation and variable cost analysis.
  • Analyze variances against reference periods during financial closing.
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, preparing reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Organize and conduct inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies with store and logistics teams.
  • Develop and implement inventory tracking KPIs.
  • Create stock analysis reports using Power BI.
  • Enhance data visualization reports using DAX and SQL.
  • Automate tools for business case reviews and performance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4/5) with a focus on Finance or Business/Data Analysis.
  • Previous experience in Finance or as a Business/Data Analyst is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret beyond numerical data.
  • Dynamic, meticulous, inquisitive, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense is a plus.
  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Interest in luxury and retail sectors.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience
