Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the preparation and execution of photoshoots, consolidating product information supplied by the Style Office.
  • Coordinate product logistics for shoots: collection, dispatch and return, liaising with commercial departments, the Style Office, the agency production team and carriers.
  • Draft catalogue captions and legends from information gathered across Commercial Departments; ensure clarity and accuracy for agency delivery.
  • Assist Project Managers in validating captions with Commercial Departments and integrating editorial corrections.
  • Support on‑site shoots held in store — coordinating security, technical setup and dressing rooms.
  • Distribute required assets and information to Press, Internet, Internal Communications and CRM teams for their channels.
  • Ensure correct in‑store placement and implementation of catalogues.
  • Contribute to competitive monitoring, benchmarking and the drafting of agency briefs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Communication, Marketing or Advertising (work‑study/alternance eligibility).
  • Excellent written and spoken French with strong copywriting skills.
  • Demonstrable rigor, organisation and responsiveness; meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Availability to start September 2026; work‑study rhythm 4 days in company / 1 day at school.

Experience
