Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the operational continuity of the service and strict adherence to processes.
- Respond daily to customer inquiries across all channels, embodying exemplary service quality.
- Identify and report any operational issues promptly and propose improvements.
- Manage and validate level 1 and 2 customer cases autonomously, escalating complex cases to the Director.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing positive points, areas of concern, and sensitive client cases.
- Support the team in daily priorities, maintaining an organized and calm work environment.
- Facilitate effective communication between the team and the Customer Service Director.
- Contribute to team integration and skill development, suggesting operational optimizations.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in omnichannel customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role, preferably in an omnichannel environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
