Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the telephone switchboard, ensuring important messages are communicated to the Workshop Manager and Alteration Fitters.
  • Redirect and track various customer requests.
  • Oversee the intake of alterations for artisans.
  • Create and manage numerical reports to track commercial activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in commerce or a related field.
