Role & Responsibilities

  • Research and develop space concepts and details for furniture, lighting, and materials, considering commercial and product challenges.
  • Create presentation dossiers using various media, including mandatory 3D.
  • Design planning dossiers for APS, APD, DCE, EXE layouts and shells.
  • Manage budgets and adhere to timelines.
  • Develop architectural specifications for brands and ensure their compliance and updates, along with store plans.
  • Coordinate with commercial teams and manage internal technical teams and external design offices.
  • Ensure compliance with responsibility and eco-design requirements.

Qualifications

  • Architectural degree with at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Strong team spirit and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders and a passion for cross-functional work.
  • Creativity with a strong aesthetic sensitivity related to the fashion industry.
  • Organized with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks proactively and committedly.

Skills

Proficiency in software such as Autocad, Vray, Sketchup, Rhino, Indesign, Photoshop. Strong communication and coordination skills. Creative and innovative design thinking. Budget management and timeline adherence. Knowledge of eco-design principles.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality architecture.

Education

Degree in Architecture.
