Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and understanding discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- Issue and follow up on client invoices.
- Control the invoice validation process and any other processes that may delay or block final payment.
- Create and update the client and supplier database.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, addressing billing issues, follow-ups, disputes, and payment terms.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (equivalent to Bac +2/+3, such as DCG).
- Intermediate level of English (B2), fluent level not required.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ideally, 5 years of experience in accounts payable.
