CNC Machine Operator
Lascor S.p.A. in Sesto Calende, Italy seeks a CNC Machine Operator for precision watch bracelet and case production.

Role & Responsibilities
- Set up, program and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce watch cases and bracelets to tight tolerances.
- Interpret technical drawings and machining specifications to ensure adherence to dimensional and surface‑finish requirements.
- Perform in‑process inspection using micrometers, calipers and gauges; report and document non‑conformities.
- Execute part changeovers, tool offsets and machine parameter adjustments to optimize cycle time and quality.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting and collaborate with maintenance/engineering for complex repairs.
- Work within automated/robotised production lines and coordinate hand‑finishing or secondary operations as required.
- Maintain production records, follow traceability procedures and comply with safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma/technical qualification in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics or equivalent.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances.
- Experience machining stainless steel and titanium or similar high‑strength alloys.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail appropriate for precision watch or jewellery components.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and good manufacturing practice.

Experience
Minimum 2 years operating CNC machines in precision metalworking; prior experience in watchmaking, jewellery or luxury component production is highly desirable.
Education
Diploma or vocational qualification in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics, or equivalent technical training.
