Role & Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze liquidity forecasts, monitoring the liquidity position.
  • Manage regional cash pools and perform cash dispositioning via SAP.
  • Oversee internal and external loan applications and rollovers.
  • Administer banking credit facilities and ensure adequate limits for brands.
  • Manage e-banking portal accounts, including user access and role management.
  • Implement new bank accounts and payment infrastructure, ensuring SWIFT connectivity.
  • Maintain bank account master data, including creation, modification, and closure.
  • Manage electronic bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in SAP.
  • Coordinate with brands and legal teams for bank account processes and updates.
  • Update bank signatories and manage power of attorney processes.
  • Support bank documentation updates, including board resolutions and certified copies.
  • Coordinate in-store payment terminal requests and manage user access.
  • Oversee bank guarantee management, ensuring accurate records and limits.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
  • Optimize processes and automate workflows for treasury operations.
  • Support internal controls and audits related to treasury activities.
  • Rotate job scope across multiple countries, depending on seniority and experience.
  • Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the Regional Treasury and Payment Senior Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably within a multinational corporation.
  • Proficiency in business English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.

Skills

Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with bank portals and financial workflows. Understanding of information systems and workplace technologies. Functional knowledge of treasury operations. Business acumen and understanding of cross-functional interdependencies.

Experience

3-5 years in corporate treasury, preferably in a multinational corporation environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
