Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) status daily.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including updating bank and merchant data.
  • Provide administrative support, including assistance with bank and merchant application forms.
  • Update Board Resolution copies in SAP.
  • Assist with Bank Guarantee applications and renewals.
  • Support daily cash pooling interest postings in EBS and the system.
  • Coordinate bank form signatures via email and follow up on status.
  • Engage in additional tasks or projects to gain insights into Treasury and SAP systems.
  • Report to the Senior Treasurer for the APAC region.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Multilingual proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience

No prior experience required, ideal for students currently pursuing or completing a degree.

Education

Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
