Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the status of Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) daily.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including recording and updating bank and merchant data.
  • Provide administrative support, including assisting with bank and merchant application forms.
  • Update Board Resolution copies in SAP.
  • Assist in the application and renewal of Bank Guarantees.
  • Support daily cash pooling interest posting in EBS and system.
  • Coordinate bank form signatures via email and follow up on status.
  • Participate in additional tasks or projects to gain knowledge of Treasury and SAP systems.
  • Report to the Senior Treasurer APAC.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Multilingual abilities in English, Malay, and Mandarin are advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience

No prior experience required; ideal for students currently pursuing relevant degrees.

Education

Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
