Kering — Treasury Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris (La Défense). Apprenticeship role supporting EMEA treasury operations, SAP reporting and FX backup.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily and recurring treasury operations across EMEA, including payments execution, account reconciliations and cash position monitoring.
  • Contribute to process improvements and reporting using SAP, including follow-up on bank guarantees and optimization of manual payment flows.
  • Maintain and update treasury procedures and process documentation.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects such as TPA payments, bank fee monitoring and other initiatives impacting treasury operations.
  • Act as backup to the FX treasurer for foreign-exchange related tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completing a Master's-level program in Finance; specialization in Treasury is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Excel macros (VBA) is a plus.
  • Rigorous, methodical and able to synthesize information; high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with banks and internal stakeholders.

Experience

Targeted at students pursuing a Master's in Finance; prior internships or coursework in treasury, cash management or corporate finance are beneficial but extensive professional experience is not required.

Education

Master's degree in Finance (in progress) — treasury specialization preferred; apprenticeship (alternance) contract for 12 months.
