Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily cash management activities, including bank statement integration, bank reconciliations, and balance transfers.
  • Maintain and update cash pooling and bank account references.
  • Participate in the preparation of treasury reports.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of intercompany payment campaigns.
  • Complete forecasting files for corporate entities and collect necessary data from the TMS.
  • Assist in analyzing discrepancies between forecasts and actuals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting tools and processes.
  • Gather and structure financing and cash centralization conditions by country.
  • Support the development and optimization of cash management and back office processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of treasury operations and financial markets.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
