Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement omnichannel and data components, ensuring consistency and collaboration with delivery leads.
  • Provide high-level technical estimates for project prioritization.
  • Lead design phases by developing new features and managing system interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, including business and tech teams.
  • Act as Design Authority, making decisions and proposing trade-offs.
  • Manage data strategy, including data ingestion and utilization.
  • Supervise and support external and internal resources.
  • Maintain quality technical documentation and process documentation.
  • Assist in analyzing production incidents and support build phases.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems.
  • Experience with OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni.
  • Experience managing and supervising external resources.

Skills

Project management skills, including requirements gathering and coordination. Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites. Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams. Technical proficiency with tools such as Kafka Queues, Microservices, APIs, and monitoring tools like Kibana.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems and managing external resources.
