Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee components related to omnichannel and data, ensuring consistency and alignment with delivery leads.
  • Provide high-level technical estimates for prioritizing initiatives.
  • Design new features that modify system interactions and identify necessary configurations and developments.
  • Manage the data strategy for all components, including data ingestion and utilization.
  • Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams and lead projects during preliminary phases.
  • Act as Design Authority, making decisions and proposing trade-offs, while reporting to the Manager.
  • Supervise and support both external and internal resources, managing external staffing as needed.
  • Maintain quality technical documentation and contribute to process documentation with business and support teams.
  • Analyze production incidents escalated to build teams and track design planning from scoping to detailed design.
  • Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases and follow up on build phases, realigning build teams as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems.
  • Experience with OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni, and familiarity with PSP, ERP, or WMS systems.
  • Mastery of interactions between OMS, Front, POS, Store Mobile App, ERP, and other systems in an e-commerce environment.

Skills

Project management skills, including requirements gathering, workshop organization, and coordination. Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites. Strong communication skills, adaptable to technical and business audiences. Autonomous working style, comfortable with remote teams. Experience managing and supervising external resources. Proficiency with technical tools such as Kafka Queues, Microservices, APIs, and monitoring tools like Kibana.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems is required.
