Role & Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the architecture of shared backend components, including APIs, sessions, and micro-services.
- Define and enforce development best practices, testability, and security guidelines.
- Provide technical oversight for the Core Platform team, review code, and validate pull requests.
- Define integration contracts, document features, and support adoption across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery, SRE, DevOps, Security, and Product teams.
- Monitor reliability, performance, and reuse of platform components.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years in software engineering, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead.
- Strong background in backend architecture, web APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native environments such as AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
