Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing and managing tax matters from both domestic and international perspectives, focusing on Withholding Taxes, Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Customs Duties.
- Support the provision of tax advice through internal memos and email communications, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws within deadlines.
- Aid in identifying, assessing, and implementing tax planning opportunities in direct and indirect taxes, including customs.
- Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation, including Country Files and Disclosure Forms.
- Conduct tax impact analysis related to expansion into new markets and distribution channels, including digital and e-commerce models.
Qualifications
- Academic background in Tax Law, Economics, or Accounting.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
No specific prior experience required, but an interest in international taxation and digital economy trends is essential.
Education
Academic background in Tax Law, Economics, or Accounting.
