Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous research on sustainable innovations in fashion and luxury.
- Perform benchmarking, trend analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
- Draft notes, summaries, and presentation materials.
- Support the development of the Kering Generation Awards internationally.
- Manage operational follow-up with stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor the implementation of projects by award winners.
- Track the implementation of the Group's sustainability strategy.
- Provide cross-functional support to team members on various projects.
- Engage with the Group's sustainability community and its brands.
- Facilitate the dissemination of best practices and coordinate exchanges.
- Assist in organizing internal and external sustainability and innovation events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M2) in political science, business school, or equivalent university course.
- Strong interest in project coordination, including in international and multicultural contexts.
- Demonstrated interest in innovation and sustainability topics.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in IT tools, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English.
Skills
Experience
No specific professional experience required, but prior exposure to sustainability or innovation projects is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in progress in political science, business, or equivalent field.
