Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish sustainability-related news on the company's internal platform.
  • Engage and develop the employee community around environmental themes.
  • Organize internal events such as awareness campaigns, workshops, and conferences.
  • Prepare briefing notes and update the sustainability press dossier.
  • Conduct and follow up on specialized press reviews.
  • Coordinate external events such as launches and panels.
  • Manage and update the 'Sustainability' section of Kering.com, including content creation and image selection.
  • Coordinate social media posts related to sustainability and analyze their impact.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of communication actions.
  • Perform regular benchmarking and trend analysis.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to communication and sustainability projects, including invoicing and budget tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, CSR/Sustainability, Political Science, or Marketing.
  • Previous experience in communication or CSR within an agency or international environment is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English.

Skills

Strong interest in sustainability issues and CSR policies. Proficiency in digital tools, CMS management, and social media platforms. Mastery of Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Suite. Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury visual codes. Curiosity, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn. Creativity and ability to generate new ideas. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Experience

Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in communication or CSR is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Communication, CSR/Sustainability, Political Science, or Marketing.
