Sustainability and Corporate Technology Senior Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year transformation roadmap for Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services and Health & Safety, aligned with Group strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Translate regulatory, operational and strategic constraints into clear, actionable programs with prioritized sequencing to balance long-term transformation and short-term value.
- Own end-to-end portfolio delivery, performance, risk management and value realization, including KPIs, business cases and measurable outcomes.
- Manage the global CAPEX/OPEX budget for the perimeter, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
- Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, steering committees, decision forums and escalation models.
- Prepare and animate executive SteerCos, providing senior leadership with clear visibility on progress, risks and required decisions.
- Lead, develop and coordinate a multidisciplinary internal and external ecosystem (program leaders, experts, partners) to deliver at scale.
- Establish a scalable, repeatable program management and governance model that can be extended across additional corporate domains.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to raise the maturity and efficiency of Corporate IT transformation.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a senior transformation leader managing complex, large-scale international programs across multi-stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing significant CAPEX/OPEX budgets with accountability for measurable results.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define vision, make trade-offs and drive simultaneous strategy and execution.
- Highly credible with senior stakeholders and comfortable influencing and advising at C-level.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills; able to synthesize complexity into clear, decision‑grade narratives.
- Background in IT, Digital, Transformation or Corporate Programs within complex organisations.
- Fluent in English and French.

Experience
Extensive experience leading complex, cross‑functional transformation programs in international organisations, with demonstrable delivery of large portfolios, prior P&L/budget responsibility and senior stakeholder influence.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
