Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the multi-year transformation roadmap for domains including Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, and Health & Safety.
  • Translate regulatory, operational, and strategic constraints into actionable programs and investment choices.
  • Drive the prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to balance long-term transformation with short-term value delivery.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, including delivery, value realization, risk management, and outcomes.
  • Manage the global budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
  • Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums.
  • Prepare and lead strategic steering committees, providing senior leadership with visibility on progress and decisions required.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Establish a scalable program management and governance model applicable across additional Corporate domains.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency, contributing to the maturity of Corporate IT transformation.

Qualifications

  • Senior transformation leader with extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international environments.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing significant budgets.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to shape vision and drive execution.
  • Highly credible with senior stakeholders, capable of influencing and advising at C-level.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear executive-level narratives.
  • Structured, proactive, and impact-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Background in IT, Digital, Transformation, and Corporate Programs within complex organizations.
  • Fluent in English and French.
