Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate potential risks and document irregularities in accordance with Kering's risk policy.
  • Communicate audit results to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
  • Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international assignments.
  • Evaluate and verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
  • Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
  • Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
  • Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
  • Experience in conducting social or environmental audits.
  • Knowledge of SA8000 international standard and Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.

Skills

Analytical problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

Experience

Experience in conducting social or environmental audits, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Education

Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
