Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
  • Conduct audits to assess potential risks, document irregularities, and communicate findings to suppliers.
  • Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international travel.
  • Evaluate and verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
  • Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
  • Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses, ensuring rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
  • Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
  • Experience in conducting social or environmental audits.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of SA8000 international standard. Familiarity with Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills in Italian, Chinese, and English; French is advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in social or environmental auditing is required, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Education

Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
