Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
- Conduct audits to evaluate potential risks and record irregularities in accordance with Kering's risk policy.
- Communicate audit results and outputs to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
- Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international travel.
- Assess and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
- Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
- Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
- Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
- Experience in conducting social and environmental audits.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of SA8000 international standard and Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.
Skills
Experience
Experience in analyzing and verifying supplier companies' financial statements according to national (OIC) or international (IAS – IFRS) standards.
Education
Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
