Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring status.
- Facilitate daily communication with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
- Track stock levels and prepare basic reports to support inventory management.
- Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documentation.
- Identify and escalate issues or delays, contributing to practical solutions.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to maintain efficient supply chain flows.
- Assist the Manager with extraordinary activities and projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.
