Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage discrepancies identified by customers in shipments using internal mainframe systems.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancy reports from the Central Warehouse, Regional Distribution Centers, Stores, and Wholesale Customers.
  • Enhance the Operational ticketing tool and associated database in collaboration with Kering Technologies.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure superior quality service.
  • Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
  • Experience in logistics flows and shipments.

Skills

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of AS400 or SAP is advantageous. Proactive team player with flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.

Experience

Previous experience in logistics and shipment management is required.

Education

High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
