Role & Responsibilities
- Manage discrepancies identified by customers in shipments using internal mainframe systems.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancy reports from the Central Warehouse, Regional Distribution Centers, Stores, and Wholesale Customers.
- Enhance the Operational ticketing tool and associated database in collaboration with Kering Technologies.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations.
- Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure superior quality service.
- Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
- Experience in logistics flows and shipments.
