Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage daily communications with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
  • Track stock levels and prepare basic reports to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documentation.
  • Escalate operational issues or delays and contribute to practical solutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Support the Manager in extraordinary activities and projects.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective team player with flexibility and proactivity. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

Preferred experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles.
