Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documents to support business operations, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Maintain and update supplier data within the system, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Analyze macro and micro data from various sources to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and reports to support stakeholder needs.
  • Manage data to ensure its availability for stakeholders on demand.
  • Assist in managing departmental projects to achieve audit activity targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with French as a plus.

Skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Proactive problem-solving skills and open-mindedness. Aptitude for learning new tools and platforms quickly. Knowledge of R (R-studio) and PowerBI is advantageous. Understanding of Agile Methodologies is beneficial.

Experience

Experience in reading and analyzing economic-corporate reports is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics, or equivalent experience.
