Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documents to support business operations, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Maintain and update supplier data within the system, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Analyze macro and micro data from various sources to generate actionable insights for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including suppliers, brand contacts, and internal staff.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and reports for stakeholder use.
  • Manage data to ensure timely availability of information for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with French as a plus.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Multitasking capability and ability to work under pressure. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Proactive problem-solving skills and open-mindedness. Aptitude for quickly mastering new tools and platforms.

Experience

Experience in reading and analyzing economic-corporate reports is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics, or equivalent experience.
