Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market, competitive, and product analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations in areas such as brand positioning, product strategy, pricing, and channel strategy.
  • Prepare clear and compelling presentations and reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Projects Director and team to drive project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in customer behavior, contributing innovative ideas to maintain the Group's leadership in the luxury market.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
  • Experience in the luxury or fashion industry, or on luxury-focused assignments, is highly desirable.
  • Master’s degree from a business school or engineering institution; an MBA is a plus.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large databases. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently. Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Italian, or Mandarin is a plus.

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion industry.

Education

Master’s degree from a business school or engineering institution; an MBA is a plus.
