Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations; assist with monthly close processes.
  • Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Assist the analyst as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Skills

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff members. Strong organizational and stress management skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment. Working knowledge of GAAP. Knowledge of SAP. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Good problem-solving and time management skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Experience

Experience in maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with budget and closing processes is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
