Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with monthly close processes.
  • Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Respond to information requests and review financial statements.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Provide support to the analyst as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Skills

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff members. Excellent organizational and stress management skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment. Working knowledge of GAAP. Proficiency in SAP. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Good problem-solving and time management skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Experience

Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is required, with a focus on maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
