Role & Responsibilities

  • Design a multi-year IT cost-reduction strategy and transformation plan.
  • Prioritize transformation levers such as infrastructure savings and application rationalization.
  • Conduct IT cost benchmarks against industry peers.
  • Establish governance to monitor and optimize IT spending.
  • Track and validate savings from IT cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Oversee the execution of the strategic plan and monitor milestones.
  • Optimize cost models in collaboration with IT leaders, Tech Procurement, and Tech Finance.
  • Contribute to strategic budget discussions and produce dashboards for C-level discussions.
  • Challenge ROI calculations and ensure robustness of financial assumptions.
  • Contribute to the design of the IT Target Operating Model and align sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading cost-reduction programs in complex IT and Digital organizations.
  • Deep understanding of IT organizations and insourcing/outsourcing models.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Recognized leadership skills for stakeholder alignment.
  • Data-driven decision-making with advanced expertise in IT finance.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Advanced financial acumen and data analysis capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Proven experience in leadership roles focusing on cost-reduction within complex IT and Digital environments.
