Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Manage day-to-day RUN activities including incident handling, resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance network operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RUN environments and procedures.
- Maintain and update technical documentation including procedures, standards, HLD/LLD.
- Design and propose technical solutions for network events such as site openings and business events.
- Perform installation, configuration, and production deployment of network infrastructures related to events.
- Manage incidents during events, ensuring diagnosis, resolution, and technical support.
- Ensure network stability and performance throughout the duration of events.
- Contribute to post-event reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Proven experience in RUN operations and incident management.
- Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet environments.
- Experience working in international and demanding environments.
