Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of network infrastructures (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Manage day-to-day RUN activities, including incident handling, resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance network operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of network environments and procedures.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including procedures, standards, and design documents.
  • Design and propose technical solutions for network events such as site openings and business events.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructures for events.
  • Manage incident resolution during events, ensuring network stability and performance.
  • Contribute to post-event reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
  • Proven experience in RUN operations and incident management.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet environments.

Skills

Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking. Ability to operate in production within critical environments. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Rigorous, autonomous, and service-oriented mindset. Strong technical communication skills with IT teams and partners.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on RUN operations and incident management in Cisco and Fortinet environments.
