Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate M&A projects in collaboration with finance, real estate, and innovation teams, ensuring operational follow-through.
  • Participate in structuring and developing projects alongside finance and tax departments, analyzing legal aspects.
  • Conduct and oversee audit processes in conjunction with external advisors, including legal, financial, and accounting consultants.
  • Draft and review comprehensive contractual documentation, such as confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, term sheets, and shareholder agreements, with external legal support.
  • Engage in negotiations and manage signing, closing, and post-closing operations.
  • Oversee and manage liability guarantees and supervise external legal counsel services.
  • Conduct legal monitoring on contractual and M&A matters.

Qualifications

  • Master II in Business Law/DJCE and the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in M&A and private equity, primarily within an international law firm.

Skills

Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills. Autonomous, dynamic, and responsive with excellent written communication abilities. Strong ability to understand operational challenges and act as a business partner. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Fluency in business English, both written and spoken.

Experience

7 to 10 years of experience in M&A and private equity, primarily within an international law firm.

Education

Master II in Business Law/DJCE and the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
