Kering Senior Financial Analyst
Kering seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Shanghai to lead FP&A, reporting and finance transformation for Hong Kong & Macau operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Produce timely, accurate monthly financial analysis for Hong Kong and Macau covering sales, margin, OPEX, EBIT and cash flow; highlight performance drivers and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead bi-annual budgeting and rolling forecasting for the region, including detailed OPEX analysis, intercompany recharges and driver-based explanations to ensure robust consolidation.
- Manage month-end closing consolidation and corporate reporting to Group via HFM (Hyperion), ensuring data quality and adherence to timelines.
- Act as strategic finance partner to brand and retail teams in Hong Kong and Macau, supporting store openings, contract reviews, policy rollouts and day-to-day operational finance requests.
- Coordinate with Finance SSC, Tax, Internal Audit and external auditors to ensure compliance with Hong Kong & Macau GAAP and IFRS, and to resolve accounting or statutory queries.
- Identify regional business risks, propose mitigations and monitor implementation to safeguard financial control and statutory compliance.
- Support finance and Business Intelligence transformation initiatives, including SAP platform adoption, KPI definition and dashboard rollouts (Power BI advantageous).
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities: data consolidation, quality checks and stakeholder communication for finance transformation and brand integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment, with at least 3 years in FP&A or management reporting.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau GAAP and IFRS for reporting and statutory purposes.
- Proven proficiency with SAP and HFM (Hyperion); experience in system implementation or Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English with polished presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Relevant professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Prior experience in retail, consumer goods or the luxury sector is highly desirable.

At least 5 years in a multinational environment with a minimum of 3 years focused on FP&A/management reporting, including hands‑on consolidation, budgeting/forecasting and liaison with auditors; experience in retail or luxury preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
