Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the long-term process planning, annual budget, and forecast processes in alignment with the strategic plan for Jewelry & Kering Corporate sectors.
  • Prepare analyses of historical financials, provide variance explanations, and update forecasts with risks and opportunities to the current plan.
  • Identify areas for technology adoption and streamline processes to support Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to assist in management decision-making.
  • Prepare full set of accounts for month and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Conduct Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts analysis and reviews.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in year-end statutory reporting, including audits, corporate tax, and GST submissions.
  • Complete any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in accounting.
  • 5 years of working experience, preferably with initial experience in a public accounting firm, ideally from a Big 4.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards.

Skills

Proficiency in systems such as HFM, SAP, and MS Office. Experience in accounting and commercial roles within an MNC environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptability to rapidly changing requirements. Self-driven with a good analytical mindset. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience

5 years of relevant experience, with an initial 2 to 3 years in a public accounting firm, preferably from a Big 4.

Education

Degree in accounting.
