Kering seeks a Senior Consolidation Analyst in Paris to join Group Financial Control, leading consolidated reporting, analyses and HFM enhancements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyse the Group's consolidated financial statements (quarterly, half-yearly and annual) and contribute to budget and forecast cycles.
  • Perform end-to-end transversal analyses: prepare consolidation instructions, conduct analytical reviews, draft accompanying notes and manage queries from external auditors.
  • Act as a business partner to individual Houses by supporting their financial reporting and reviewing their contributions to consolidated accounts.
  • Collaborate with other Finance departments (Treasury, Tax, etc.) on assigned topics and ad-hoc requests from Group Finance.
  • Support the enhancement of consolidation and reporting tools (notably HFM) and develop analysis and restitution capabilities within the Consolidation function.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' proven experience in financial consolidation within a large corporates or a consolidation advisory firm.
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university in management/accounting or an engineering school, or equivalent.
  • Strong rigour, team orientation, service mindset and adaptability in a transformation context.
  • Fluent English required; proficiency with a consolidation software (HFM is a plus).

Experience

At least 5 years of hands-on consolidation experience in a large corporate group or within a firm providing consolidation assistance, with exposure to producing consolidated accounts and interacting with auditors.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university in management/accounting or an engineering school, or equivalent.
