Overview

Kering is a leading global luxury group that develops, produces and distributes high-end fashion, leather goods, jewellery and eyewear through a portfolio of renowned maisons such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga. The Group operates through a centralized governance and shared-service model to harmonize processes across markets and support the maisons’ creative and commercial ambitions while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and professional rigor.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and secure daily cash management across pooled and non-pooled positions in EUR and foreign currencies, including bank statement integration, payment validation and exception resolution.
  • Manage and monitor payment flows: plan payment cycles, validate sensitive payments, handle incidents and remediate payment rejections.
  • Supervise current account monitoring and reconciliation, control intra-group limits and liaise with the Group’s centralising entity.
  • Maintain and manage operational bank relationships: account openings/closures, KYC updates, banking mandates and signature powers.
  • Define, update and enforce internal control procedures (segregation of duties, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance) and disseminate best practices across the region.
  • Sustain and deepen treasury expertise on the Group SAP treasury tool and contribute to related user governance.
  • Lead annual closing processes: bank confirmations, coordination with statutory auditors and KYC reviews.
  • Ensure reliability of short- and medium-term cash forecasts, analyse forecast variances and coordinate with brands to anticipate exceptional items and propose corrective actions.
  • Drive projects to extend and implement EUR and multi-currency cash pooling, rationalise bank accounts and centralise bank platforms.
  • Analyse and renegotiate bank fees and conditions and establish regular monitoring of banking costs.
  • Improve reporting and automate processes (Power BI, digitalisation of flows) and support wider treasury transformation initiatives across SSCs and Treasury Corporate.
  • Collaborate with internal finance and operational teams, Group brands and external banking partners as required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance, treasury or equivalent (business school or engineering preferred).
  • Proven experience in a Cash Management or Treasury function within an international corporate group, bank, or consulting/audit firm.
  • Professional-level fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Solid mastery of cash management fundamentals, cash pooling and treasury operations.
  • Strong autonomy, analytical rigour and the capacity to prioritise and manage concurrent operational and project tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-oriented mindset and proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
