Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including asset management and taxation (VAT, corporate tax), and payroll reconciliation.
  • Ensure statutory account justification and control.
  • Maintain compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements for German entities.
  • Prepare tax returns and annual accounts.
  • Prepare statutory statements and supporting documents for external auditors.
  • Organize general assemblies with parent company legal entities.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with Kering Houses to present monthly results.
  • Collaborate with various departments and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local and regional FSSC teams, Kering Houses, and auditors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG) or Master's degree (DSCG) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a general accountant, ideally within a shared service environment.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German is advantageous.

Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply local and international accounting standards. Organizational and analytical skills. Dynamic with strong adaptability and teamwork skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Experience

A minimum of 7-8 years in general accounting, with experience in a shared service environment and team management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG) or Master's degree (DSCG) or equivalent.
