Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in year-end statutory reporting, including audits and corporate tax submissions, and manage related queries and issues.
- Support the implementation of the Group's internal controls framework and participate in transformation and process-improvement projects.
- Contribute to the Shared Service Center's goal of becoming paperless by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to other team members and assist in decision-making by offering insights to management.
- Drive fast close accounting processes and manage the transition of countries' Record-to-Report processes to align with global core processes.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in accounting, preferably with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ICAEW.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with initial experience in a public accounting firm, preferably from a Big 4, followed by experience in a multinational corporation environment.
