Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the SAP technical platforms strategy aligned with Kering Enterprise Architecture.
- Lead and govern SAP technical initiatives including upgrades, migrations, and cloud transitions.
- Own SAP platform run and operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Govern ABAP development and technical services delivered by offshore partners.
- Lead and develop internal and external SAP technical teams across regions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in large, complex, and international environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Italian and/or French are a strong asset.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP environments, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
- Proven experience in SAP Basis and cloud infrastructure.
