Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process encompassing sales contract, sales order, delivery, shipment, billing, and revenue posting.
  • Participate in fit/gap analysis and detailed design phases, preparing documentation and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Configure the SAP SD module and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Coordinate the development of interfaces and enhancements with delivery teams, suppliers, developers, and colleagues.
  • Test future-state business solutions and manage internal tools for testing and documentation.
  • Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, addressing issues and securing final sign-off.
  • Collaborate with the adoption team to create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
  • Provide hypercare support and facilitate the transition to the Application Management Services (AMS).
  • Handle L3 escalation, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement backlog.
  • Ensure proper documentation, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, maintain audit readiness, and safeguard performance and regression standards.
  • Work closely with colleagues from other Kering Technology domains, contributing to a collaborative service-oriented environment.
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects and assignments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP projects, including at least two deployments or major rollouts; international project exposure is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in SD ordering, pricing, billing, and credit management.
  • Solid understanding of sales and distribution processes within the luxury and retail industry.
  • Good experience with SAP FMS; experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Experience with traditional waterfall project methodologies.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
