Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee System Integrator activities related to PCM, AMS, Rollouts, and Performance to ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP Best Practices.
  • Support the delivery of IT simplicity and the adoption of SAP FMS, CAR, and Gateway solutions.
  • Provide technical design input with a focus on performance and volume expectations.
  • Manage PCM activities and budget alignment with Kering's expectations.
  • Engage SAP teams in critical business discussions.
  • Ensure SI deliveries adhere to Kering standards and timelines.
  • Collaborate with SAP CoE functional domains to enhance solution efficiency.
  • Report regularly to the Development Manager and share insights to mitigate future risks.
  • Participate in design workshops to ensure SI solutions meet business needs.
  • Build and manage relationships with System Integrators and third parties to achieve Kering's objectives.
  • Review and validate SI planning and activities for realistic task timelines.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and suggest procedural improvements.
  • Monitor consultant activities and planning closely.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience with SAP ABAP, AIF, and Fiori.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ABAP integration patterns including IDocs, Proxies, Web-Services, and APIs.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP best practices and performance optimization.
  • Experience with SAP HANA, PO/PI, and BTP is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle ERP implementations, preferably in Fashion & Retail sectors.
  • Ability to coordinate with external suppliers and manage onshore-offshore teams.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach. Autonomous with excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and Italian is beneficial.

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP, AIF, and Fiori, with a focus on integration patterns and performance optimization.
