Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the portfolio management team and the broader Real Estate team to strategically manage the retail network of the Group's brands.
  • Participate in the implementation of global real estate processes and manage internal databases.
  • Support the Portfolio Management Lead in preparing reports, presentations, market studies, financial analyses, and three-year retail development plans for the Group's brands.
  • Monitor market and industry trends, competitor news, and assist in information gathering.
  • Assist the team in organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
  • Provide general support for administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.

Skills

Team-oriented with a proactive approach. Quick adaptability and keen attention to detail.

Experience

Ideally possesses prior professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a similar role such as real estate, asset management, or real estate law.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
