Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the real estate team to gather competitive data and manage internal databases, including key plans, external benchmarks, and internal performance indicators.
  • Support the team in various phases of store location processes for the group's brands, including site investigations and lease negotiations with partners.
  • Assist in organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting minutes to facilitate alignment and internal communication.
  • Provide support for general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in real estate, law, business administration, finance, or economics.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Skills

Strong analytical capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented, proactive, agile, and discreet.

Experience

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in real estate or related fields is essential.

Education

Master's degree in progress in real estate, law, business administration, finance, or economics.
