Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the calendar for the function head with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Prepare documents and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Handle monthly expense reports for the function head.
  • Facilitate meeting coordination and logistics.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the team.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities, including data collection and database maintenance.
  • Assist Real Estate Managers with contract process execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a personal or team assistant role at a senior level.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Previous experience in a senior support role within a multinational company is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and proactive approach. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to respond quickly. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficient in calendar management.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior-level personal or team assistant role, preferably within a multinational company.
