Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the calendar for the function head with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Prepare documents and presentations as required.
  • Oversee monthly expense management for the function head.
  • Facilitate meeting coordination and provide daily administrative support to the team.
  • Support market intelligence efforts through data collection and database maintenance.
  • Assist Real Estate Managers with contract process execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a personal or team assistant role at a senior level.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented and proactive approach. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to respond quickly. Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing daily workload. Effective calendar management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a senior-level personal or team assistant role, preferably within a multinational company.
