Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead quantitative research initiatives to decode consumer behaviors, market trends, and brand performance.
  • Design and implement sophisticated analytical models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for brand and group strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align insights with business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the impact of campaigns and strategies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in leading brands or survey institutes.
  • Master's degree in a scientific field from an engineering school or equivalent university.

Skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in mathematical and statistical tools and programming languages. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact with high-level stakeholders with rigor and discretion. Curiosity and ability to quickly analyze diverse topics. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

7 to 10 years of experience within leading brands or survey institutes.

Education

Master's degree in a scientific field from an engineering school or equivalent university.
